Rachele brings over fifteen years of varied experience in many aspects of construction including residential, hospitals, educational facilities, animal care facilities, mixed use construction, commercial and office space. Rachele enjoys working with clients to help design a contract and budget around their personal needs.

When she’s not in the office or on a jobsite, Rachele can often be seen in Eagle Harbor on the crew boats for the Bainbridge Island Rowing Club.

Building for over sixteen years around Puget Sound, Mike is a hands-on superintendent who still performs many aspects of daily jobsite work, whether the project is a custom home, a complete remodel or a commercial building. He uses his trademark attention to detail and clear communication to get to know and understand clients’ goals, and ensures the project will reflect their personal vision.

Probably the first voice you’ll hear, or face you’ll see is Tyne’s. A lifetime resident of Kitsap County, Tyne enjoys being part of the building process, watching ideas and blueprints turn into tangible, custom homes. When she’s not in the office, she’s volunteering or spending time outdoors with her husband.
