The Beach House

5,400 linear feet of pin piles stabilize the foundation of this new home, built three feet above the surrounding grade for FEMA flood requirements. The wrap around concrete paver patio, also built on pin piles and grade beams, gives the home an at-grade feel. A built-in hot tub at the corner of the patio provides a place to relax and enjoy views of the Puget Sound. Painted cabinets and extensive trim accentuates the multilayer stained ash floors and make the inside feel like a beach resort pulled right out of the Hamptons.
