The Clark team broke ground on Phase 1B of Roost in April of 2018, with an anticipated completion in June of 2019. This phase consists of 12 live/work townhomes, in four buildings of three units each. The three-story townhomes include 2,260 sf of living space on the upper two floors and over 460 sf of commercial space as well as a two-car garage on the ground floor. The buildings will be constructed using ICFs (insulated concrete forms) just as they were in Phase 1A. The style and materials used will complement the single-family residences in Phase 1A and will expand upon this ideal Bainbridge Island community.
